Ed Walsh, Director of Community-Based Services

“The RHA/Howell Care Centers Team allows us to make a meaningful
difference in the lives of the individuals that we serve. It is an
honor to be part of an organization that truly puts all assets into
making positive outcomes. Each day we put forth a goal to make a
difference in the lives of the service users. This is accomplished
through team processes where each team member is challenged to make
a difference regardless of their level. It is amazing to see so many
bright, hard working people put forth these efforts. We know we can
continue to learn and grow with those who we serve.”
