Lee Nichols, Director of IT "I guess you can say that I grew up with Howells. Over the last 28 years, I have had the opportunity to work in many of the various departments throughout our organization. Each day offers a new challenge, and today, in my role as InformationTechnology Director for RHA Howells, it is gratifying to be able to support our service users and clinicians with the technological programs needed to track, trend, and ensure quality indicators as we strive every day to provide better supports and programs for people with disabilities. I love my job and it means a lot to me to be able to work with a committed team of people who live their jobs as advocates every day.
