Steve Goad, Director of Human Resources

“My name is Steve Goad and I am the HR Director at our La Grange office.
 I retired from the Air Force in 1999 and graduated from Mount Olive College that same year.  I have been with RHA/Howell Care Centers since October 2005.   I am very proud to be a member of a team whose sole existence is to ensure that people with special needs are allowed to grow and develop to the absolute best of their abilities. I constantly challenge the people in my department to do everything in their power to recruit the best people available to join our team.  We are always looking for talented people that are compassionate, caring and willing to accept the challenges of becoming a life coach for others.”
