Experience

  • Provides vocational support with emphasis on program development, vocational assessment, counseling, training and job placement.
  • 31 years of experience in vocational counseling and program development in both the public and private sector
  • Developed and managed a Regional Community Rehabilitation Program serving counties in Eastern, Central and Western regions of North Carolina designed to enable individuals with disabilities to have an opportunity to enter the world of work.
  • Developed new program initiatives working with county, state, local mental health entity’s and federal agencies.
  • Designed and implemented a School Transition Program designed to provide vocational training and job placement to juniors and seniors.
