Our Core Values

RHA Howell is a 501 (c)(3), committed to the cause of meeting the needs of people with disabilities, providing quality supports, and promoting the welfare of our employees. We also believe that as a not for profit, we have a responsibility to bolster public confidence. To that end, we have established a set of fundamental core values rooted in honesty, integrity, fairness, respect, trust, responsibility, and accountability.  These values guide our leadership, service standards, and business practices.
